i can't daydream about it, or i get all depressed, because it's so far away!!!!

except, of course, for the planning, which is always happening .... not that i'll have much to show for it .... hee hee

I hear ya Sput...my focus is a consuming factor, I apply myself wholly into what I'm doing (i.e.-work, art, community, etc.). As we get closer, I fear my strong work ethic will slip, as I will physically be there doing the grind & listening to corporate blah-blah, buuuut, at the same time, I will be v e r y far, far away...my mind will be drinking a margirita & sun tanning

Plus, have been seeing the sunrises here and I have reminescent flashbacks of playa rises...pleasantly & comfortably disorientating

OK, I came back just because I heard your voice LF. Yes, you sit in it and it has blinky lights and a soundscape. It was also supposed to glide through the woods on the cable it's hanging from, but the tree at the other end was too wimpy to hold it up. I already have a solution in mind for next time.

there have been many trees oh the playa at times LF.

a scaffolding would work for the heart.
sort of like they do for zip lines

Nope, didn't burn it. It's going in my living room as soon as I make a couple of modifications to it.

cc .... this is all new to me .... i used to listen to the radio a lot, but not lately .... very cool stuff, though! how cool is this, listening to the radio in eastern oregon .... i've always wondered about la grande ... it's between my friends in portland and my sis in boise, and such a gorgeous place, but i have never stopped for a looksee! next time .......
