It wasn't so long ago that someone killing a child in such circumstances would face just exactly that from the community. And even if they were caught by the authorities, they would have STILL faced that from the community in the form of a speedy trial and quick execution.

Really sorry to say and sadden by the facts it seems everywhere and everyone in this case is divided along race.

It really is.

Something as cut and dry as the reality of what happened.

There are 3 sets of video that are out there.

One those that BART police confiscated, Those that KTVU has and the cameras that are on that BART station.

Wonder which were disclosed in the trial?
