it is a "burner" greeting, sort of DPW style,
instead of, "Hello how are you", LOL, or "Good bye, have a nice day"

OK GH, so it could be "Nasrat na vÃ¡Å¡ den!" But it is too long and doesnt sound like something you would say, so "Nasrat" as greeting is much better
