Anything I should add?

Goggles (keep out dust, snowboard, or motorcycle goggles preferred)
Lights <LED headlights are good, don't be a darktard>
Cheap Beach Cruiser Bike
Bike combination cable lock
Bicycle headlight
bicycle bell
EL wire
Camelbak - Extra bladder (or two)
HAND SANETIZER
Vinegar DO NOT GET PLAYA FOOT!
Lemon juice (alternative to vinegar, but you must use a LOT)
Ear Plugs - Theme camp Request 6:00 and E? Get 2:30 and A? Here you go....
Zip lock bags
Small zip lock bags for your electronics, playa dust will RUIN them
Emergency tire inflation kit (with as little MOOP as possible)
RV Toilet paper! If you are using the Porta Potties, You MUST USE SINGLE PLY RV TOILET PAPER, If The pump trucks get jammed, they can't pump out the potties, no potties, no burn, capiche?
5-day cooler (7 day is better) There are many Different Cooler schemes you can utilize, I like to freeze all of my drinking water pre-burn, then have one deep freeze (with three - four of my gallons) and dry ice, that I don't touch until thursday\friday, and one daily grab and go cooler, that I have the rest of my frozen water (i.e. ICE) in, with my cold, but needn't be frozen foods, you might want a different method, Glacier on fourth street in Reno was selling dry ice for $1\lb last year
SUNSCREEN! You do not want your fun ruined by a sunburn, PERIOD
Duct tape
Gorrilla Tape <for the things even duct tape won't do>
Rope - There is wind on the playa, it starts without warning, always be battoned down.
Camp Chair
Garden Sprayer - This is a VERY good Not running behind the water trucks quick shower solution. Some years that water has smelled better than others, it would be best to not be showerless, and without good options.
TENT
Tarps
Solar garden lights - These are VERY good, but you have to find some without capacitors, or ith a different kind than half of mine had last year, the alkali dust can mess up some capacitors, so shop wisely. but, very useful thing to have, keep people from driving into your camp accidentally.
Rebar (for tent stakes, Regular ones don't work)
WARM BLANKETS or sleeping bag, it gets RIDICULOUSLY cold at night
Stuff to build a small shade structure (be creative, participate)
Pool noodles with holes through the middle, these make WONDERFUL caps for rebar (instead of soda bottles, etc.) soda bottles make a loud noise when someone hits them, pool noodles just stop them from getting hurt.
Some kind of light for your tent (you don't want to be searching for something in the middle of the night)
Sunscreen lip balm
Condoms\contraceptives\goodies
\\\\\\\\
Gatorade (powdered or liquid) OR OTHER ELECTROLYTES!!!!!!!! DO NOT FLUSH OUT ALL OF YOUR ELECTROLYTES, no one wants to visit the REMSA tents.
////////
Melatonin (3mcg is fine, more isn't better) controlling your sleep patterns on playa is a good thing
Any meds you take regularly
Kleenex, in a ziplock bag (Playa boogers are horrible if you get them, early morning)
BABY WIPES
Band aids
Safety pins (if your costume tears, these save lives :D)
Eye drops, If you wear contacts, any associated supplies, and a pair of glasses (in case you can't wear your contacts on the playa, it's VERY dry)
Towel
Sunglasses
Small first aid kit (should include OTC meds you might need, medication for headache, allergies, upset stomach, motion sickness, and anything else you expect to encounter)
Mallet (for rebar)
Channel-locks, or other locking pliers, for rebar removal
Extra Flashlights
Extra Batteries
Lighter (even if you do not smoke, someone does, and you might need fire for something, the burn is about gifting, and participating, and sometimes that requires fire)
Small pocket flash light
Caribineer
Work Gloves
Flatware of some kind
Plates, Bowls, Cups
Cup with lid, and straw for cocktails\zombie\rave crawls (look for something you can put on a necklace)
Can Opener
Bottle opener
Water Bottle (even with a Camelbak, it's good to have abackup, something BPA free is preferable, heat leaches chemicals out of plastic)
Hat with a wide brim
Socks (I suggest getting a fresh pack of socks, just for burning man, do not open them until you get to the playa, and then, have one fresh pair per day, or better, get two packs, then you have what? twelve pairs of socks, just under one fresh pair a day, in case you have to run through something, you wouldn't believe how much better you feel with clean socks)
Underwear (if that's your thing)
Comfortable Shoes - Now, I know we have a lot of barefooters, but the playa is HARD on feet, and it might just be nice to have a pair of comfy shoes <even flipflops> as a backup
\\\\\\\
Pen and paper - You are going to meet AMAZING people, you want their contact info. When I got home last year, I emailed ninety people, you want to be able to do that.
///////
Pocket ashtray of some kind (Yes, you can use an aluminum can, an altoid tin is better, it has a lid, and is smaller)
Camera - Can be disposable <which can take REALLY neat pictures> can be nice and digital, whatever, but you NEED to have a camera, and if you DO bring out that DSLR, make sure it's dustproof
Stuff to make you light up - DO NOT BE A DARKTARD
\\\\\\\\
DO NOT BE A DARKTARD
////////
Stuff that makes you feel better (I have a friend who brings out a WHOLE lot of dr pepper, if you have something that you do at home, like drink dr pepper, and you just need it with you, don't force yourself to be overly spartan, this is about having fun, and participating, and nine other tenets, just flow with it)
SHARPIE
Car Keys
Wallet
ID
Cell Phone
Emergency contact info (if you OD they need to know who to call)

Don't need a bike light if you have a good headlamp.

Camelbak is a choice.
Not essential.
Just water.

Proper tent stakes are far better than the rebar, which seems to be a fetish of some type.
They can work, if a loop or hook is welded to them for removal.
Twisting will remove stakes, just unnecessary with a proper stake out there.

* Ticket! (unless being bought at the door/held at Will Call). When I travel with another person, I show them my ticket and get them to show me theirs before we leave town.

* Backpack or messenger bag for supplies so you can leave camp for 6 hours without having to return. It sucks when you have to leave a great atmopshere because you're hungry or thirsty or are going to need a flashlight soon, and don't have these things with you.

* Portable food like jerky, powerbars, or gorp, to go in said backpack.

* Spare tube & tire for the bike. (I had to use my spare once.)

* Bike tire pump. (If you're running out of $$, you can probably borrow a pump from virtually anyone out there, but be a sweetheart and offer them a shot of whiskey in thanks!)

Less crucial but nice:

* Travel alarm, for pre-dance naps, catching sunrises, or getting to some event or volunteer shift. (Note: events often start late, but still. It's nice to have a chance in hell).

* Camera (& camera bag/spare batteries/film)

* Travel journal for daily notes and impressions. This can double as the already mentioned pen and paper for other people to write on.
