Its ok. Its just my job is very particular and I have to keep up the appearance that I am married and straight and anything else that seems or is "normal." Its the way the cookie crumbles. They think its crazy that I build things and spin poi. Burning Man is not up there alley or understanding.

I received an email from MisaBlue about an hour ago. She's been out in the countryside with limited access to email, internet, etc. She'll be hanging out in Auburn a few days before we leave for the playa, checking out Folsom Lake or Lake Clemintine with a few Barbiebarians. So don't worry, our little Czech princess is safe and sound. For now.

I know your pain. I tried Doans yesterday. Worthless - at least for me. Took two at 11am. By 2pm the pain was worse than ever. Couldn't straighten up. Major hard time getting out of a chair. Have no idea what I did to cause it. Today the pain is almost gone. Tomorrow should be better. I plan to do a full moon hike tomorrow night and then go to the compression event in Reno. Hope you get better also.

I officially woke up now. i slept on and off for about 10 hours. Gawd sleep is beautiful. but I still need snuggles ::jumps into NEB:::

I went to my backer-cracker and he said it's a muscle problem. WTF, I just went to the chair massage at work and then to the hot tub!!! My beloved said, ice and Advil Dougie! And I said Mai Tai on Waikiki, baby! There's my sure cure. How about you?

Drinking relaxes the muscles which is good. I used to pull muscles all the time when i was younger and into dance. Advil is a good anti-inflammatory, so combined I tend to do well. Though relaxing and just laying around is the hardest part.

Heal fast. Drink well.

Sorry I leave you hear and dont show up so often, but as Pyro wrote, I am out of the city and getting connection is sometimes an adventure...even climbing up the roof..ha ha ha...but yesterday was huge thunderstorm so I did not climb anywhere and just stayed safe inside with my colleague and drink

Careful with that diet, Yggie.

Cut too much fat or calories and your body responds by shutting your metabolism down and you'll stop losing weight.

One third non saturated fat should be part of most diets, depending on your chemistry.
Some need specialized diets.
