Even though it's loud as fuck and there is SO much going on, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! It's telling you things, EAT, SLEEP, SIT DOWN FOR A FUCKING SECOND ASS HOLE...things like that. Do what your body says. You aren't a machine, there will be other burns, enjoy your time to the fullest with OUT ending up in the med tent from heat stroke, dehydration, exhaustion, etc. It happens in the BLINK of an eye!

Go out BY YOURSELF at LEAST one night and one day. The most amazing things happen when you force yourself to interact, which friends/camp mates can hinder you from doing.

Check out at least three camps that are offering something you've never done before. Try it out with your full heart. You might find a while new hobby, kink...whatever.

Always ask, the worst someone can say is no...but ALWAYS ask.

This is such great advice. I'm sending it to my mister. Even on a good day he doesn't seem to know what his body is telling him. This is a good reminder especially because ignoring these signals can make you feel like crap!
