Fuck! I just try to tolerate or avoid the "music" of today with a few exceptions and keep reminding myself how it was the first time my parents heard "Light my Fire" by the Doors. For some odd reason, they liked "Puff the Magic Dragon" by Peter Paul & Mary,,,,, hmmmmmmmmm

Fucking back is worse today. Slept great. Got up with no problem. When I sat down to put on socks and shoes I couldn't stand up. Walking is ok once I can straighten up but once I sit down I'm a goner. Fuck Fuck Fuck. I wanted to do the full moon hike tonight and then the compression event in Reno. Looks like I'll miss both. FUCK!

When we had the house built a few years ago one of the items we had put in was a large jetted tub for the master bath. It's one of those things we see every day but very seldom use. Another thing we added at the time was tub safety bars around the tub. We use them as towel racks. Today it definitely earned its cost. Why I didn't use it the last couple days I'll never know. Two extra strength Tylanol and the jets aimed at my back sure felt good. Oh yeah - fuck oh yeah it felt good.

Ok, that's pretty typical of muscle spasms. Make sure you have plenty of electrolytes, maybe try a couple of shots of scotch, and a hot soak.

Fucking back spasms are a mess.

Fuck.
I was gifted a ticket this year by one of my closest friends after I got laid off. He said I really needed to go back. Today he calls me & lets me know my ticket is at will-call, but that he won't be going. He got hit with a sudden $8000 he needs to come up with, and that kinda knocks out his trip from the east coast.

I'm fucking honored he's gifting me the ticket, I feel like shit that he won't be there.

fuck! i'm happy you will be going but that sucks about your friend. I wish I could help. can you say where he is coming from maybe I can find him a ride there and back. I know there is still the cost of the ticket and food. but if need be he might be able to stay with me. its not much but its livable.
