What time monday? (It should be before 10 am as I remember.) No luggage? you might want to say that as the pilots that I know don't want the dead weight. And a little thank you and please will go a long way to making you not look like a self-centered unspeakable...

Are you looking to take a private plane into BRC instead of driving there? This is not really clear what you are looking for. It's only a two hour, beautiful, scenic, relaxing drive to Gerlach. Why not rent one of those Dodge minivans and drive there?
And a please and thank you wouldn't kill you! (thanks fishy!)

The surrounding explanation really helps to understand what you are looking for and what you need.
From what I can gather, your wife will be in BRC for the week and you want to fly in to meet up with her to drive he home, and don't want an extra vehicle there. I hope you're not going to surprise her!
You don't need any supplies, since you will not be staying there.
You WILL most likely need a ticket to get in to the event since it is still going on at that time. That's worth checking out.

Fercrissakes! Hitch hike there! Wait for her at the Exodus Gate.

By the time you drive to the Reno airport, find parking, walk into the waiting room, get checked in, loaded aboard the airplane, get taxi and takeoff clearance, fly to BRC Internat'l Spaceport, land, taxi to parking, and walk over to the ingress gate, (thru which you can not pass w/o a ticket), submit to the strip search, more the two hours will have passed.
Don't bore your friends with all your troubles. Tell your enemies instead, for they will delight in hearing about them.

It would be a kick to fly in, though. Cooler to parachute into her camp when she's not expecting you. Imagine her surprise!
