Lightweight drawstring cotton/linen pants

For the life of me I can't find a decently cheap source online for just a basic pair of comfy drawstring, lightweight cotton/linen/hemp pants. Something basic and comfy for when I don't feel like wearing my full aluminized firemans pants.. lol I really don't feel like I should be paying $50.. Any help out there?

...you can't find a pair of drawstring pajama pants at WalMart or Target? Or any department store or Ross or TJ Maxx in your town? Or from said store's online sites or amazon.com?

I was looking at like.. drawstring cotton pants, drawstring linen pants, etc etc ect. Brief flash of resourceful stupidity. Pardon me. Carry on.

I got a couple of pairs of sleep pant sets at target last weekend for very cheap. They are really comfy, hope I don't wear them out before the burn!

Those do look super comfy but they all seem to ship from Thailand.. I don't want to take the chance of them not making it here in time. Checking around though..

Gi pants from martial arts are very comfy.

Most all of them have a gusset in the crotch. Seems like a minor detail but it makes them incredibly comfortable in many positions...never ride up,e tc.

You'd have to do some sewing to put pockets onto them, but I am partial to the heavier weight Judo pants....but I've been wearing them for a long time so they are comfy to me.

Best thing to do when you get them is run them through the washer a few times with softener...they'll feel like pajamas and wear really tough.

You'd likely be able to find white, natural, black and if you look really hard you'll find a deep blue used in kendo/iaido.

I got a bunch of them at Target...$9.00 I think, maybe less. Plaid, Solid Black, lots of styles. Get them a size bigger, they tend to shrink in the dryer.

I wear scrub tops all the time and the bottoms are available on ebay for less than $10. You can even find bundles of 'em for $4 or $5 a pair.

i bought my comfy, stretchy, light cotton pj bottoms at... Old Navy. Clearance rack. $3 each. Go. Buy. Many.

Plus: I'm short - easy to just scissor off a few inches.

Plus: fun patterns.

Yeah I'm opting I think to make a couple pairs myself from light but fun material. Some nice zebra stripes ought to do the trick..

lol.. they won't be done until right before the journey. I'm cheating a little and having my pit stop in South Lake Tahoe cousin help me with the last minute sewing. Although.. I did pick up a pair of super sweet red crushed velvet bell bottoms with zebra print on the bottom. I can't get away from disco pimp costuming this year no matter how I try. I keep drifting back to that damn disco ball in my head and imaginary roller skates on my feet..

14-16 is 34-40" waist aprox... enjoy trying them on...

If you can't crossdress at the walmart cause you like it too much and don't want anyone to know...

better is etsy and search fisherman pants.. refine thai... re-search yoga... etc etc.. use a true waist measurement not your jean size...
