Geekster, yeah, but when someone comes into a forum, starts off with an aggressive question ("Why the hell isn't your event the event I want?!?!?") and then when someone (you, in this case) attempts to give him a polite answer, comes back with "Don't be sheeple!" then "unthinking, self-rightious asshole" is more polite than what I'd call him.
(I know, I know, don't feed the trolls. I can be such a sucker some times)
I'd give you a big hug.
The feeling I got from everything I've ever heard about this event is that it was a free flowing experiment that was open to all. The more I read and the attitudes encountered seem to point to quite the opposite.
Yeah, I'm different from you. Maybe I'm not the right kind of different for your taste. Maybe some of you are looking for the same kind of different...
Ummm, that's sameness. Fuck sameness. If I wanted sameness I'd ride my motorcycle to Sturgis. Only they'd kick me out because I'd never ride a Harley.
Call me a troll. Dismiss me because I'm different from your version of difference. I may not live up to your level of different sameness.
For God's sake... This group takes fossil fuel consumption to a whole new level and you don't have a full on contingent of hardcore dirt bikers? Really?

Comparing riding a dirtbike (that you bought somewhere) and building flaming art(that you built by hand) is like comparing your dick to a can of creamed spinach that you got from the foodbank.
You have obviously been huffing too much of that 105 octane fuel, my friend.
Just out of curiousity, did you read about Burning Man on the label of a jar of pickles?

My buddy builds art for your Bowel Movement. And I'm an artist myself. Just a little conflicted on your POV about freethinking, pal.

It seems that a backwards placed baseball cap is required for your form of "freethinking".
I'm glad that your friend makes art that has something to do with asses, it gives me something to chase around, at 5mph, of course.

You're clearly more drunk than I am. Didn't understand a word of that.
Baseball caps, asses? Yeah, don't get it.

Yeah, I'm thinking One Eye is taking this too seriously. It's all good. Got no beef with anyone here. Don't be too hard on him.Fire_Moose wrote:I heard Uncle Bob was dead....
Lastly, this is eplaya...NOT Burmingham. Two separate things.
First of all, you are way too cool for us...can you tone it down a smidge?

Yeah. That's wishing death on me in a pretty clear statement. Thanks bro. You're a really cool guy. Not.EspressoDude wrote:you can crash your dirtbike on the way in causing the fireworks in your backpack to explode; then you will be seriously impaired.

We may disagree, but I don't want you dead.

Sophmoric smileys does not make anyone else here see it as such.
Before you start getting all childish on us, why don't you tell us what it is you actually can bring to the community, other than crap that isn't welcomed on the playa?

How do you feel about wishing death on another poster you have never met in person?oneeyeddick wrote:Sophmoric smileys does not make anyone else here see it as such.
