Newbie reporting for duty!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the eplaya :) and I've not yet been able to make it to the real one either. I had plans to go this year but they fell thru, so I'm planning for next year *crosses fingers*. I'm open to any advice you all can give me!

Welcome to the ePlaya! I don't know the particulars of your situation, but I'd encourage you to plan your trip to go as a solo virgin even if you are trying to get other people to go with you. I think 9.5 out of 10 people who say "yeah I want to go to Burning Man" eventually peter out before they even get close. Be the master of your own destiny!

Oh yeah, I'm definitely starting to look at it that way. My main issues were money related. Had a few emergencies pop up. But I've already got a jump on my savings for next year. I'm looking forward to getting into the groove here so I'll know a few people for next year :)

Advice: stay on eplaya, watch people preparing, then when they come back, learn from what went right and what went wrong. See you next year! Plenty of time to prepare... we'll be there as well!
