I wonder how long it took to get off all the glowstick goo. I know at some point it would stop glowing but still. Maybe I'm just OCD.

I think its one of theirs. I mean they are pretty messed up and they seem to know the surroundings pretty well by their conversation.

It looks like a concrete block wall which would tend to indicate that it is a toilet in some sort of institutional setting like a college dorm or something. Not many homes or apartments have concrete block walls in the bathroom.
