Does anyone know the nearest location to get a 5 gal. propane tank refilled at Burningman?

107 miles to Reno I think. Chances are that Winnemucca *might* have refills or tank swaps set up is slim considering others are wondering the same thing.

There's propane in Gerlach, but I can't vouch for the hours or turnaround time during the event.

Why wouldn't you bring what you need for the week in the first place?

Most communities out west have propane distributors.

I'm not putting up the name because people should really bring their own and not bug the Gate for ins-and-outs, and they might show up expecting to get refills on their whip-its.

Secretly Bob is hoarding the supplier to ensure his ability to gratuitously use flamethrowers on cylum weilding burners.

Thanks,

If I can't bring enough, I'll just have to make the drive.
