Early Arrival

Postby AsukaBokor » Thu Aug 12, 2010 3:09 am

Hi there, I need to arrive on the playa early to help set up my camp. The Barbie Doll Death Camp. My original ride ran into some rather silly disputes. Being stuck in the middle I thought I'd ask around to see if any other early goers had extra room in their vehicle. Please let me know, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like, but coming from Los Angeles, not whatever town on 80 that isn't Weimar that Doc comes from.

Yep. Doc Pyro is the one I'll be camping with. I'm one of the youngins of the camp and would really like to get there early so I can participate in the setup.

What is the entry date on your Early Entry Pass?

Hi Asuka

I'm Drew, also camping with BDV.

Your best bet is to email the camp list and see if anyone is coming from your direction early and has room. You can also try the rideshare board located somewhere around here....

There it is http://rideshare.burningman.com

I'll be there early as well (3 of us) from CT. Otherwise I'd be happy to pick you up.

Hah, beat Doc to it. Early bird catches the worm, or at least person a few time zones ahead catches the worm...

Actually no you didn't Drew. I simply PM'ed her. She has a ride already, just doesn't like all of the internal logistics involved. Somebody needs to learn a lesson or two about radical self-reliance. Things will be fine.
