the mead has slowed down bubbling. not sure if it's the cooler weather or, I shook it some the other day.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like it is reaching the end of the fermentable sugars

take a turkey baster and get a little sample and taste it.

YAY! FT totally proud of you for getting back on the horse. I am headed to "lunch" aka the a/n surplus store to get new boots. I put mine on yesterday and the whole side just sort of gave out. I was pissed...I have had them forever, but it's no excuse.

In other news....sexy girls have been spotted a ways away in the NEB...I am going to investigate.
