Today I got a color photocopy collage (already framed) 30 or so postcards, another wacky decoupage work, and a couple of resin dragons.

I've been doing pretty well on the random crap patrol. Lucked into about 30 postcards from Florence and Venice. I kept the ones with demons on them.
For starters.

My partner has some art (collages--framed and ready for hanging and hopefully adoption) he made that he will be bringing out for you.

Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

I have some nice landscapes, running towards the fauvist. And a painting class project. And a very odd dog. Needs repair, but it will be done. And a teddy bear henry the VIII missing a foot. Odd.

I love those crossed eyes. The years may have been dark, but it looks like he wrestled with the darkness in a good way.

Is it too big AntiM? Should we bring it rolled instead of framed?
No, not too big. Framed would preserve it best in the wind. Someone brought one of those giant over-the-sofa paintings one year and it was taken.
An excellent donation! Thank you!

Now and then. Usually poems, unless they're actually good, random drawings, and things too odd for burner consumption. Most of what comes back becomes a new piece of wayward art. There was a large sculpture one year made from straws and crap, we had fun demolishing it. And a helmet made with rice krispies and mentos. Straight into the trash can at home. Drawings have a chance at becoming new art, but the wind trashes them, and charcoal is a terrible choice of medium on the playa. I've brought back a shell belt, but only because I was afraid of the MOOP factor. It will go to E-11 for my NoCostCo.gyre wrote:

And I've taken one piece of stained glass for the "private collection". Hot Jesus made the private collection, but was given to friends, and the santa shooting rampage trophy came home but returned after two years.
I've yet to bring back a painting unless it hid in the art box under the jumble of wrappers and bags.
