Hedgehog costume
I want to make a hedgehog costume in order to play croquet. What would be a good material for spikes that would be comfortable to roll around on?

A while back, in my Mangy Satyr days, I discovered an interesting technique that can be used to form fur into enervation spectacles of beauty.
If you take a pelt of appropriate fur length, form it into a garment of choice then figure out how to stretch some fishnet over the fur, you can reform the otherwise smooth pelt into a bed of spiky fur tip protrusions.
Further application of water or hair gel may give you the desired effect.
Now, I did this on a pair of pants so it was easy to put on the fishnets and maintain the required tension.
I think you can figure out a way with one of those fishnet body suit BDSM/Industrial getups.
