our camp advance scout just emailed from the playa, says we're going to be at 5 and "B".
Not sure yet if that's permanent, but, that's where he is now.
and, he says, the surface is "not good"........I'm not sure what that means.
I'd think, if we wanna meet up early evening would be nice anyway.
Would that allow your tour, Sput?
It'd work for my perimeter shifts.
anyone? Buehler?...........

Not good, like last year, which was doable for a bike. Or not good like the year before, which was, leave your bike at home?ygmir wrote:Not sure yet if that's permanent, but, that's where he is now.

He was having connectivity trouble.
I'll report as soon as I know.
He's a 13 time burner, so, has history to draw from.

The building blog says they are already having some white outs and are expecting extremely dusty conditions. They also state that the playa is going to give us thighs of steel by the end of the week. WOOT!
Sounds like it's going to be a dusty year.
Nice to see so many people in the NEB!

Finally moving to SF...can't WAIT!
well, I've got the trike, but I think I'll take the ape hanger bars off and put on some smaller, shorter ones, that give a bit more leverage for honking (standing) Those tall bars are just like big long levers that don't stay tightened well. whatever.
hmmm, sort of warm here today, can we have the ACNEB?

Good morning!
hmmm...I have never seen Casablanca
One thing on my TO DO list...
I see I would need tons of sugar for this coffee...I love it, but am not able to drink it with no sugar...
...and yes, I am sure we can eat whatever we want here, so another load of pastries

Sput, you can eat from her for sure, dont know if eat her.

dang busy, Sput.
I lost all day yesterday, helping looneytune move a one ton dually and a 12' piece of 3' dia. pipe. And, we had to load them by hand and come-a-long.
But, it was a good test for my trailer, hauling a 7K lb. truck on it.
gotta load stuff and all.........I'll be making my first trip to the playa on Tuesday, to drop the first load, turn around home and hookup and load the "playahof" and head back out Thurs. or Fri.
