Me.

All the men I sleep with.

Quite a few women I know.

Some of us like, oh, you know, men, not pre-pubescent shaved ickiness.

Cheers Eric! I couldn't agree more! 8)
Our greeter last year was completely waxed/shaved (don't get me wrong, he was a super sweet guy), it took us a few minutes to figure out "what was different" when it occured to us that he was completely shaved.....then it had the icky Ewwwwww, its a 10 year old :? ...factor!

Some of us like, oh, you know, men, not pre-pubescent shaved ickiness. I'm not a priest, I don't need to fantasize about smacking a minor. Give me a bush, furry balls, hairy pits & whatever body hair you naturally do (or don't) have. I like smooth all the way to monkey, as long as its natural.

It's just creepy. And the itch and scratching from shaven privates is way worse than the not-noticeable hair. Trim, sure. But shave...notsomuch.

I guess maybe it makes things more comfortable on-playa?

I will offer this disclaimer, as I always do in these conversations: if I were hairier, I might feel different. But I'm not very hairy, just very lazy.

Oh yeh.

Y'all want to shave your bits back to puberty- have at. I just ain't sleeping with you.

Y'all want to assume that its a natural thing and that everyone does it- hell no. Most of my boys are in their 20's & 30's, and they have the hair they were given in the genetic lottery.

[rant]
I put shaving balls and bits in the same category as botoxing & cheek implants and starvation diets. A desperate need to look young and like the advertisers want you to because people can't deal with their own bodies. Women never shaved their pits until advertisers told them it was nasty, men started in the 90's when the metrosexual thing took hold. Pluck, prune, trim, alter, starve, botox... do whatever it takes to look like an airbrushed magazine, but, for gods sake, whatever you do- BUY SHIT to do it!
*bleh*
Give me a natural human any day.

I'm not even going to get started on the fetishization of young girls and trace it back through the burgeoning porn industry of the 80s (among other things).

It's disgusting, and I refuse to allow Madison Ave. to dictate what I find "hot" or not.

I don't think its a fetish for some people. They just hate pubic hair.

I didn't say it was a fetish, I'm referring to the idea that adults with hair on their genitals is somehow unattractive or offensive, and the smooth look of prepubescent children is the sexual ideal.

A fetishization, not a fetish.

Flossing is very important to your gum health!

One of the most important weapons against gum disease is flossing. Most people who have gum disease do not floss properly. You miss nearly 40% of your tooth surfaces when you brush without flossing!! Imagine washing only 60% of your body, while missing the other 40% day after day.

YMMV.[/quote]

I am not a fan of "baby smooth." Trimmed is prickly and rubs me the wrong way. I prefer to NOT look like a little girl. Thanks.

Well considering how well endowed I am in the hair department, it is diametrically opposed to other endowments; therefore, out of necessity to find the little fucker, I've gotta keep the hay swathed.

From a thread that started out pretty low from the first post, I really didn't believe it could drop more---but it did.

meh - I have been shaving there for years - because I hate the hair there. It really has nothing to do with what someone says is sexy and someone else says is NOT sexy. I will say though that in my completely unscientific marriage - I have found that I get more BJs when I AM shaved than I do when I have let it grow out. Just my observation!

Also - after doing it that regularly for this long (10+ years) - I get the itchies for a day or two at most - generally about 3-5 days after I shave - but its nothing major.

Anyways - thats just my thoughts on the subject.

I'm goin with TS.
it's got nothin (to me) to do with young, but, to do with "seein the bits".......
Shaved, unshaved, they're all good....and a good trim, is a great compromise, IMHO.
The itchies after can be a drag.

and, hittin stubble, with wood, can be a real eye opener.........

I dated an Olympic gymnast in the 80's. The last time we had sex he was "growing back" from a meet- lets just say there's a reason they don't make blow-up dolls out of sandpaper, and a reason it was the last time.... *rude*.

I can however vouch for the agility of gymnasts & yoga instructors....
