The Bar... Volume#2
Good morning all! Wow, last weekend before we all leave. How exciting! Popped in for just a sec to say hi and have a cup of coffee. Seriously, I cant wait to meet all of you on the playa. This has been a year of many new experiences and to be there on the playa with all of you in real life for my first time, is soooo exciting. Thx for all who lent advice to this virgin. A virgin no more soon.

HELLO! I feel like i have been away forever! life has gotten so hectic. I got my car fixed. Got most of the stuff for the playa packed and to where it will be taken from. I have my food ready.
I am so tired. I haven't slept for more than 5 hours in many days. I think I will stay up a bit longer to try to get a few more things done, and then its to bed with me.
How have all you amazing people been?

Ugh, I need a good, stiff drink. I'm still on the clock for another 11 hours. But, then again, I am by myself.......

Hmm, that's a good question. I like to mix it up, so I don't get bored.
A jack n coke is always a good fallback. My first year on the playa, I was stuck on an artcar bar that were serving energy drinks mixed with some clear hard alcohol (charcoil-filtered vodka, most likely).
A friend of mine gifted me with a bottle of Absinthe for my birthday a couple of weeks ago, that was a nice surprise.
I'm also a beer man. I prefer 'south of the border' imports over most, but I'm also a big fan of Blue Moon and Guinness.
I can't take any floofy drinks. Any mixed drink that has something sweet in it, usually sends my stomach for a loop. Give me the rough stuff!

You know, I've never actually had a gin and tonic. Maybe I will come across a camp this year that will be serving them. I always enjoy trying something new at Burning Man.
My first year, I tried to go see 'Rocky Horror Picture Show' for the first time ever. But, of course, I didn't make it. I know most of the songs, motions, and even the time warp by heart... just never made it to a live screening.
In 2008, I had a 'Bacon Apple-tini'. Probably the most interesting clashes of flavor I've ever had...
