Hello my lovely e-playans. I leave tomorrow After i get off work for the playa. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe trip. I wont be back here til after i get back, and i have my 5 or so things written down of things i wanna do/see there. Take care everyone!

We've been driving since yesterday. Not signing off yet though, although I think Verizon skipped the entire state of New Mexico when building towers. We've had a good signal all the way across Arizona though.

OH! OH! OH! We actually got to pass a truck on the road today. And even more awesome, we caught back up to it after a fuel stop and PASSED IT AGAIN! It was awesome.

RV rental place called me and said I could pick it up on Thursday instead of Friday for no extra charge! YAY! Should hit the road sometime Friday and be on the playa early Sunday! See you all in the dust!

We're leaving literally right after Bootie SF at around 3am & heading east. We should hopefully be hitting the dust around noon on Sunday.

Loading the trailer here in JT tomorrow and heading north first thing Thursday morning to Reno. Playa arrival: Friday morning!

I'm leaving tomorrow for Burning Man! I'm actually landing in Sacramento and meeting up with my friends so we can finish packing :) Can't wait to see you all out there!

My brother-in-law arrives Thursday afternoon from the Netherlands. Friday he'll try to acclimate. Maybe we'll drive around the various Wal-Marts to spot burners. Saturday we meet our camp mates to buy our food and drink. Sunday we pack up. Monday morning 4am we are on the road. Should arrive around daylight.

Miss Iso, 99.5% of the time your comments are on the mark. But once in a while you just don't get it. This is one of those times.

It was worthy of a post..it's not the first time someone's said the same thing...and it won't be the last.

I hope everyone heading out has a safe trip and a good burn. Take lots of pictures for those of us who can't make it this year so we can see all the great stuff we missed.

I leave Saturday evening. Hope to be in Reno about 8-9 in the morning. I'll stop and take my picture in front of the Mustang Ranch, then the girls I'm bringing with me will have to drag me away. We head to the playa around midnight. About 5 miles from the main gate I turn the truck around and pretend I'm leaving...and back into the camp.

yeah they did, mustang was sold off by the IRS. Good old Joe Conforte had high-tailed it way before then to Brazil or Argentina. I am not sure if the old bridge ranch is still open (it was next to mustang). If nothing else bob, you can stop by Wildhorse it is the next exit.
