I heard the ad, and thought it was kinda cute. I tell you what - as a burner it put a smile on my face. (and I also will save a few $$ to finish a couple projects any way I can...)

IMO it's up to the llc to deal with this, as it's a media BC issue, not an ePlaya issue.

They may have given OSH the OK to do it... or OSH may have gotten the OK to do it through their legal, as Burning Man is in the public domain.

Regardless, I have to go pack!!

Very likely, but with the board potentially unattended soon and many newbs who don't know better, can't chance it as a bad example. "But this other thread, the guy said he was selling stuff...." You really don't know how bad it can be until you've seen the aggravating PMs. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
