Please advise: What is travel time from San Diego to BM?

Experienced SD Burners only, please tell me your estimate of the travel time from San Diego to Burning Man. We are traveling using a diesel pickup truck, using a 5th wheel and towing a 40' "Toy Box" RV.

google maps will give you the time.

It's going to be a lot less than driving from Georgia.

We have taken a converted Greyhound bus from Fallbrook to BRC twice and it has taken a bit less than 12 hours at a leisurely pace, no stopping. 395 is a more scenic a route and a shorter distance but the hills really slow down the larger vehicles. Lots of blind hills and sharp corners make it interesting as well. Take the 5 for safety's sake.
