Virgin here, please go easy on me LOL!
I will be arriving later in the week and staying with a friend at Greeters' Camp. I am trying to find out the coordinates of Greeters' Camp this year for two reasons: the ride share I'm doing from Reno wants to map out the stops where we will each be dropped off; and also, I want to send some mail to my friend in advance of my arrival.
Can anyone help?
Thanks so much, Luname
What is location of Greeters' Camp this year?
P.S. Info not found in list of Theme Camps
P.S. Just wanted to add that I have tried to obtain this information from the list of Theme Camps on the official website, but did not find Greeters' Camp listed there.

Doesn't matter whether it's there or not, that's not where they publish camp addresses.
In fact, camp addresses were not published by the org this year. (Controvertial move.) People have posted about where their camps are and other people have compiled those into maps. I suggest you use the search function and google and find what you are looking for. You may want to use "2010" as a search criteria, because you don't want to know where the camp was in 2008.

I have Googled it for an hour now (and I'm pretty good at ferreting out info on the web); I have found a webpage just for the Greeters' Camp, does not comment; I have searched the Google Docs spreadsheet posted by an eplaya user who has compiled the location of camps for 2010, not there.
I appreciate your explaining some of the backstory on why this is hard to find!

Good question. I do believe it really is "Greeters' Camp." My friend has stayed there for several years and that's what he calls it. See:

I was planning to just ask one of the Greeters about the location of the camp after I arrived; didn't foresee the need to know location in advance, and now my friend is there and off the grid.
