You can never have enough flamethrowers. Ther're great when it comes to cooking.

Brave kid, testing it with it strapped to his back like that. Good way to end up with the nickname "Shiny Red Guy".

I would not go this route. Most of the flame throwers at BRC are propane which is much more safer than denatured alcohol. Propane doesn't stick to clothes and keep burning. Well at least not as much as being soaked in flaming alcohol. That kid just made a glorified version of a lighter and a can of hairspray with a much more flammable version of hairspray. I like his tank idea though, just not for this purpose.

On top of that he is using PVC aka PLASTIC which melts. I know I am not a pro here but I have seen much safer/better designs.

Just think of that 20 foot sticky flame near a tent/shade structure.
