Hey, did anyone see that guy walking around dressed like a sheik / bedouin saying "Hi!" to everyone, and did you say "Hi!" in return?

That guy was nuts! Walking around saying "Hi!", standing on the Esplanade saying "Hi!", walking through the outer playa saying "Hi!". He must have said "Hi!" to, like, thousands of people! Wotta freak!
