Utah Art Car Project

Some longtime campmates of mine are spearheading an art car construction project, which I am excited about contributing to. It would be built near Kamas, Utah. They have the vehicle(s), space, tools, and enthusiasm. From what I've heard thus far, the resulting mutant vehicle would be LARGE.

We're casting the net wide at this point. There's a potluck/BYOB art cat kickoff meeting/party at the project build site on Saturday Sept 18th, 2010. If any folks are interested in hearing more, PM me.

Salt Lake has an extremely impressive art car representation (I know, I spent 2 summers helping build one!), and a very active community. You should hit Liquid Dubwise at Urban Lounge the first friday of the month. Its a great place to meet people who are involved with Burning Man projects year round. You'll probably get more bites than you will here. I don't know a lot of Utah folk that use ePlaya.

Also get a hold of Terra Cronshey. Shes the Utah rep, super awesome and knows everyone! You can probably find her contact info on the regional site www.element11.org
