Suggest some Fun Cheesy Techno/House/Trance/Electro please!

Post by RedHeaven » Thu Sep 16, 2010 1:18 pm

Hey Bernie McBurners, I know you can help me. Im a big time music geek and play on lots of music forums, but what I am looking for is something that is out of my league.

I got the Cool Hip Tribal shit covered, I dont need any Bassnectar/Vibesquad/Anntenae/Dubstep....and I know my live music better than most.....What I dont know about is the Cheesy stuff like Techno/house/electro , and I would love some Trance suggestions too.

Guide me to any online fun compilations? Im looking for the stuff you hear bumping from the art cars, the dated sounding stuff that none of the tribal coolios like ;) hahaha

Looking for stuff thats really up beat but not too twakky or hardcore.....Something a little on the feminine side but with power. Maybe an old Deep End comp?

Theres gotta be a lot of mixes on line somewhere full of cheeseball techno house! Thanks in advance!

Look for Bravo compilations (Euro hits). That will have the cheesiest of the cheese house crap.

Just good songs:

No cheesy techno/house/electro here.... just the serious stuff:))

Check out these guys, they have a list of music on the site you can download for free and live radio sets everyday-non-stop wicked electro/techno.
http://www.deepmix.eu/.

Check out one of Kenzie Clarke's mixes here-

-she played Roots Society this year. Local DJ from my hometown Victoria, B.C., Canada....... and she kicks hard ass.

You want serious funk? Here it is-

- local Vancouver DJ, funky shit.

Can't forget this link either-check out the Soma radio link in the Progressive/Trance section-

This link is great too-

- mega genre. This particular link will take you to a page w/Carl Cox's sweet smiling face on it, look up and you will see "listen now" on the top left of page, click on it and be prepared to go nuts!! Right now there is the most kick ass set in the Electro/House section by Ben XO-Xpression Session 014.

http://www.spacecowboys.org/

Lots of good music on there. Personally, I am all about DJ Mancub's mixes.

Check Soundcloud also. Do a search for Burning Man and mixes will be in the results.

http://spacecowboys.podomatic.com/ Almost forgot, this is a link to a whole bunc of Space Cowboys various DJ's stuff.

http://s007ii.com/ I found this on Eplaya. The DJ is a burner and I like his style a lot. Various styles on there. House, breakbeat, electro, etc.

http://soundcloud.com/c-7/cheb-i-sabbah ... g-man-2009 Not house by any means, but a great DJ set from Burning Man.

http://djkramer.com/music/mixes/ Distrikt (former Deep End camp) Dj. I dig his stuff too.
It's pointless to walk when it's past time to run.
