That tat thing would be a tall order, unless you find a yungun' I know of some prospects,,,, one of them my youngest daughter (25) in Denver. But she is in a LTR. The other is in Vancouver, BC.

What you seek seems to be in high demand,,,, but they do exist! It seems in my post pubescent years, it was at the time I gave up finding someone special that my search would be fulfilled. Kind of a paradox I guess.

Goth... well I prefer the term burner chick. Actually, yup, not goth.
Less than 40% tattoos- I have 5 small, strategically placed ones. Getting 3 more in the next year. Hopefully one day I'll come into enough mad money to get my full back piece done... ok so the 40% thing is temporary.
high lung capacity- I used to be able to hold my breath for 90 seconds. Haven't tried since I became one of those non smokers who actually bums cigarettes from strangers after 3 or 4 beers.

Dammit, and I thought I had all the criteria.
