It was a steel/iron crouching gargoyle

I don't know anything about the gargoyle, but I absolutely LOVED your photos! You captured so many of the small details and happy fleeting moments that make Black Rock City so special.

You also captured many things I saw or participated in out there, but didn't have a camera with me, so thank you for helping me remember! So much happens in that time, and without visual cues, it escapes the mind : )
