First of all, I'd call them "kinda hot".

I'm going to guess they're called 'fishnets'... but what type of fishnet, I have no idea, other than 'big'.

they are a type of fish net but i don't know if they have a name. go to hot topic or a sex store. they should have them....or maybe a victoria secret type place......yeah, those are hot..

Thank you for the tip. I did but all of them are the same old traditional fishnets. The ones in the picture look like they are either leather or rubber...

Besides, the leggings themselves are helping to cause that effect, as well as the lighting and post-processing on the image. But then, there's the hair....oh, the hair....
