If it was cancelled would you still come out to the playa for Labor Day weekend and camp? Would you bring an MV to cruise on? Make art?
Burn and blow shit up?

You can pretend it's closed and just keep driving up the road farther and camp outside the closure area and do whatever it is you want. Some folks called this Camp Tijuana a couple of years back. I don't think they ever did it though.

If it was canceled I'd be in NYC for the week with the Hubby eating really really good food, getting really really drunk with friends, and shopping for hats and shoes. Imelda has nothing on us, we are your gay stereotype when it comes to shoes.

If I want to be on the playa without the event, I'll go in July.

I'd still make the journey if you guys would be there. I still want to camp on the playa when it's empty, too. Gotta do that one year and have an unburn.
