San Francisco to BM on a motorbike?

Quick question - does anyone have experience riding up from the Bay Area to Burning Man on a bike?

This year I was idly considering doing that instead of driving a car, and was wondering if anybody has done it and has advice, and if there are any organized bike groups riding up this year.

The bike I'd be taking up (a Ducati 900SS) is not a cruiser so several stops and/or an overnight stay might be required, but it's definitivelly doable, and could be a great ride.

Any thoughts? :idea:
