Well if you call, "What's that?" when offered something research, I reckon that's about as far as it went for the most part. Salvia would be about the only exception, but it isn't even regulated LOL.

TPBM has had a conversation with the Green Fairy.

I like gardens, not so much with the actual gardening part. My mom has the green thumb, I have a silver one. Oh well.

You're right, I never was young.

TPBM has violently thrown a book across the room in the past six months.

Yup... kept hoping for something worthwhile-and it never came... CHUCK!!!
(I actually threw this book away, after the concorde flight, so no one would ever be tortured by it again; and I'm all about recycling books...)

TPBM has too much to accomplish before the end of the year...

Gee that reminds me of that story about a guy who lived in a hotel and wasn't nice to the help.
Um, it was my normal cup of coffee, although it's always harder to get on the weekend.

TPBM is ready to run screaming from the holidays.

True. but I am out of practice. And my best work is Medieval in nature.

TPBM is not familiar with the written work of Thomas Jefferson.

familiar? Not with the whole body, but the preamble to the constitution is good summer reading. and I think I remember something about him keeping tomatoes in his cellar.

TPBM is eager to take a trip out of town.

You got that right! Specifically, I am leaving for Hawaii on Saturday. The only reason I can afford to go is that my mom is paying my way. She's in her late 80s and my dad wants to hike around the big island, so either my brother or I will stay with out mom while he is out. This week has been gray and nasty here in Mad City and work slightly less exciting than watching paint dry...

TPBM has already been to Hawaii.
