I must forward this to our northern New Mexico burners. Don't know how many we have from Los Alamos, but it sounds entertaining.

I highly radioactive rabbit was just found hopping around the Hanford
WA nuclear site. They think it got into an abandoned nuclear assembly
building and drank the water.

The rabbit tested very high for radioactive cesium so, sadly, they had
to kill it and bury the carcass as radioactive waste.

I lived in Los Alamos for a while.
We have an obligation to make space for everyone, we have no obligation to make that space pleasant.

Killing it first seems redundant (to say nothing of being a waste of time)

Tell me that when you're watching your fur fall out from radiation sickness.
