I got this info straight from the new owner, it will be open(at least through this year's event).

They have spent a lot of money fixing the floor, as well as the rest of the store(and that new hole in the wall), so please don't write them off, at least not yet.

Those poor people sure have had a tough time with that little store. Just seems like one thing after another. Nothing worse than dying a slow death. Hope it works out for them.
