IT was only when I looked at that commercial, or maybe I just forgot that I figured it out before, that I realized that for kids it was that kool ade pitcher, and for adults, that bull. See if you can make a "joe camel" conspiracy from it.

Cool artical. Can totaly relate to; the All ages teeny-raver scene around the DubStep.

The Age Gap and the associated excange of information in relation to DubStep is simular to all previous genere. Those Crazy Kidz.
So I thought "I Wonder if my Music loving 95yr old Granny thinks about this?"
And I Introduced her to BeatsAntique, Spongle and SignalPath. Her reaction was "Wow! Reminds me of the Flappers! no like what the.... It's like all of it but new and better. I wish I could dance, my mind is for shure."
Now there's no way In hell I'd diss on my Granny, but to here this (D.S.) with her memories; New sounds as old as old. But I am looking into her old Virolas that might be viable beats. who knows.

as someone who likes Dubstep I wanted to let you know that I agree on your sentiment about Bassnectar (sans the profanity) almost.

To me he sucks in studio recordings and I never listen to him, but I enjoy watching him live.

Not quite - I was fucking HIIIIIGH when I had my wisdom teeth removed... Then they gave me some really heavy shit to deal with the pain - we is stooooned immaculate... So, bad comparison really..

If I had more wisdom teeth I'd get them pulled again for the quality of drugs I got...

Dubstep is the most divisive Electronic Dance Music (EDM) I've ever seen. People either love it's simplicity and spaced out tempo, or they can't stand it.

EDM genre purists will lament that what most people call 'dubstep' these days is a faint shadow of it's origins where it was a less minimal sound and was absent of the now prevalent "wobble" or "saw". The minimal sounding "Wahwahwahwah" infused step that's popular now is sometimes called "Brostep" by people who dislike it, who claim that its only the dudes who are on the floor while it's being played.

Some have put forth the idea that dubstep's popularity in the underground scene comes from a change in the quality and availability of the drugs of choice, from ecstasy to ketamine, as people on ketamine move a lot slower.

My take on a typical dubstep track:
