Luminex Fabric

Postby bothsidesnow » Sun Jan 09, 2011 10:02 pm

Anyone know who distributes Luminex in US at a reasonable price so I don't get ripped off by some ass in NY that need to cover their losses on Wall Street.
I've looked at clouds from both sides now and I really don't know clouds at all.

I got a decent quote from these guys for 16"x32" panels at ~$50 last year. I was looking at large quantities though.

I just ordered a couple of these table runners made with Luminex, on sale from Sylvania at the moment: ... unner.aspx

Apparently the luminex part is only 4' long, but that still makes for a pretty good price.

Are you sure that's Luminex in the table runner? Seems way too cheap to be the real thing.
It's going to be alright.

I'm pretty sure, but I'd be happy to report back once I have it in hand - I've got a sample from LumiGram that I can compare against.

I dunno. I envy your wallet's svelte figure.

:D :D

So glad I ran accross this thread! This stuff will be so much fun on the Playa! And it helps me complete a costume I'm putting together for another event I'm attending.

I ordered this one: ... cts_id=114

Oh and if anyone in the states purchases from that site, please be careful. They use PayPal to process payments. There is an option during the payment process to "use the seller's conversion rate" from Euro to Dollars. Make sure to click that!!! PayPal was charging me $30 more than LumiGram was :!:
