Someone really needs to find a picture of JotS from 03 or 04 to complement Misa's shot.

Jeez, haven't these people heard of artificial insemination? Or immigration? Or overpopulation--maybe the tuna have a fighting chance now.TomServo wrote:is that a problem for you?can't sit still wrote:Strange article says that the Japanese have no interest in sex.

Ms crypto, I read an article about a year ago stating that the Japanese consider children to be too much of a bother. What happened to basic drives? What happened to fun. I think that both sex and children are loads of fun. I'm taking a couple of kids Sunday to go have fun;

Okay, I don't trust any survey that comes out with "people aren't having sex", too unlikely. And the idea that this trend is going to continue for 90 years is not worth worrying about.
From what I understand, Japanese child-rearing customs are very intensive. I think it was absolute fulfillment of needs for the first three or more years. Not fun. It's giving up a lot of yourself, by the mother. Japanese women are, apparently, really having lives of their own without marrying and having children for the first time in history. Some will probably hit that o so dreary "biological clock" thing and change their minds. I'd actually guess that Japanese men are confused by the social changes and are intimidated by the modern Japanese women and are coping with that by focusing on other things and saying that they don't care that much.
Besides, who tells the government about their sex life?

How can someone have last had contact with Scott in December 06, when he died a year earlier?
Maybe I shouldn't complain, apparently they owe him money.
(and that, boys and girls, is why else I support gay marriage; I can get the money, his husband, had he had one, wouldn't have been able to.)
