In other news, the L.A. city attorney wants political protesters jailed for up to a year. He's complaining about budget cuts and ,,,, at the same time wants to spend about $ 42,000 a year per person for jail. They can skip the bars and just put a turnstile on the jail.

Does it concern anybody whatsoever that a significant number of the President's Cabinet have never had a conversation with their boss?

Does anybody find it the least bit suspicious that Organized Labor leaders have meetings in the White House more than the Cabinet?

Does anyone find it strange that all the chaos in the Middle East, Europe, North Africa and within our own country seem to all be endorsed, if not outright initiated by organized labor?

I'm told by a friend that courts refer to the Universal Commercial Code for litigation and ignore the constitution.

seems I also remember, something about Maritime laws in some courts, and something about D.C. not being part of "the union".

Cannot remember who it was,,, or even when,,, I think it may have been a lawyer friend of mine (high school buddy way before he took the pill),,, pointed out to me that courts originally were called a "Court of Law" where jurists made judgments according to written law. After the Progressive movement took hold in the 1930's, they became the "Court of Justice" where jurists made judgments according their interpretation of the law. Nowadays, 1970's forward, they are simply called "Court" where,,,, "disputes are settled".
