I understand the concept of greeters, but you say you're building a shift in Reno. Does that mean you'll be stationed in Reno greeting people on their way up? Or preparing things in reno? Or uh.. I still don't get it.

Oh, wait.. do you mean a group of people from Reno to all do a shift together?
