Over in the 2011 Theme Camps thread is a sticky talking about how to join a theme camp. I'd suggest you start with that.
I have a little bit of Savannah with me. Shhh...

Welcome.

A good introduction should tell us something about you. A little difficult to say, Yes! Come live with us and be part of our playa family! if you are a complete unknown.

Contact the theme camps in this forum directly...sell yourself, skills, etc. Unlikely a camp will contact you....and camps come in many different flavors...not all to your liking. Choose those that appeal to your interests.
Don't bore your friends with all your troubles. Tell your enemies instead, for they will delight in hearing about them.

You can also check the list of last year's theme camps. That's on the burningman.com website.
