I live 200 miles from the playa. And I take an ancient motorhome, always full inside and on top. I'm even adding a trailer this year. You know, gotta' have that bowling ally, and what bowling alley would be complete with a bar? It's crazy.

I have the deepest respect and admiration for those coming from abroad. You must do minimalist camping, or make Reno very happy by buying everything there. You are excused if you don't have project,

Or, jeez, make me look bad and actually bring one...

Damn Belgium folks. Do we need to start a new thread, "do we need more (what are they called anyway?), on the playa?"

(Another place for an emoticon smiley face. Damn emoticons...)

Oh yeah, Welcome.

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Welcome captainchaos!

...several years ago, a bunch of Belgians came and made an awesome Art Piece..."Uchronia", although most referred to it as "The Waffle"...

you might check the Regionals page to see if there is anything in your area (there is a button for that on top of the main website page)...

Welcome!

Here is a thread started by an artist from the Netherlands, perhaps you can meet and help out with his project there and/or on the playa?!
http://eplaya.burningman.org/viewtopic.php?t=38225

Read up Q & A tips and tricks, the survival guide and as said above^^^^ you may consider minimalist camping, probably depends on your budget.

Much respect for those traveling from long distances!!

I haven't covered everything, more will offer good advice soon enough, and you can always ask questions by posting a new thread if you need to (try the search function first)
I'm the MAN in a truck, burner who is stuck, you're in luck! I'll whip out my BIG tow chain and not charge you, not even one lousy buck!
