With oil companies now promising to drill using the "un-named technique" of "fraking" in this vapid, probably industry written piece of shit journalism from the Associated Press, it's no wonder the enviro-hating republicans want to do away with the one agency charged with overseeing ground water-poisoning methods such as fraking -as toothless as the EPA is anyway. see: http://www.marcgunther.com/2010/03/07/s ... -fracking/

Why not - they ruin our groundwater and the earths crust scavenging natural gas. You can't drink outta my friend sherri's pipes (plumbed to their well) after they put a fracking gas well nearby. Evil shit. They used to have the sweetest water, now it smells like brimstone and death. They have a tank and have water brought in... really sucks.
