I will say to this yes.
I will also add to this that it seems hearing or language, like ability for communicate, will be challenge.

...I could really use those predictions on what to add or subtract...the Lottery draw is only a few hours away...if I win, I will donate half of my winnings to the distressed Citizens of Empire & surroundings, who are losing their jobs (and probably homes) because of the Gypsum Plant closings....think of all the good that can happen for just 6 little numbers and a plus or minus sign....a tiny act for one of your proclaimed abilities to do....
