IllyDilly, did my girlfriend and I meet you in Exodus? We met someone from Denver in a Bounder....was it you, your wife/girlfriend, your sister and your friend by chance?
And we ran into you at the navajo taco spot!
Glad ya'll made it home safe!
Just winterized the bounder!

man, how could you have managed to miss Decomp? Are you on the Colorado-BM Yahoo Group? Are you on Facebook?
Decomp, was, as I 'm sure you will see from all the comments on FB and Yahoo, the best Decomp we have had, possibly ever. It sold out in three days and we had about 700 people there. The facility was an awesome huge cavernous warehouse with outside domes, fire art and just tons of little interactive stuff all over the place. Three music/sound areas and two music-free chill rooms.
T'was freaking awesome, everyone in Colorado is very much rejuvenated and all fired-up and shit. We really came together in a big way Hope you can make it out and help us do more fun stuff

mountain mayhem
Mountain Mayhem's coming back for 2011! Most of our camp (50 ppl) is from Durango, CO and last year we were placed at 9 and A. We will bring back our bar and stage bigger and better and are hoping to build our sledding hill which unfortunately was not a success last year bc of unforseen problems. Anyone want to be involved? Or at least come by for a visit

Re: Colorado Burners!
Hey I'll be visiting my buddy in Colorado before the burn, is there any chance that someone can give me a ride to the burn(he's leaving early and has an early admit ticket I don't)? I can drive and pay. Send me an email at jdbeddoe at gmail dot com. Or text(google voice no calls) 419-665-653niner.
Thanks guys hope to see you all there.

Bumping this thread...
So... Who's up for making some tentative plans for a Just-in-case-I-don't-get-tickets Soiree in Northeren Colorado? it IS Labor Day weekend, after all...

Re: Colorado Burners!
Lustrous In-Dust-rious camp hails from Denver and Fort Collins. We have air-conditioned travel trailers for those who want to kick in, art cars, good vibe, solid infrastructure. We have some vacancies now because of the ticket debacle... we are a camp of contributors, not spectators, PM me if interested. We're especially interested in picking up those with fabrication skills for art cars and custom airstream trailer with commercial kitchen. Sustainable camp, we brew our own fuel to and from the burn, recycle grey water, waste heat from engines, etc.
The road of life is littered with flat squirrels who couldn't decide.
