Noise can be in the ear of the Beholder...
...on the other hand, somewhere at some time wasn't there a 90dB @ 25 feet from camp border "rule" (outside of the LLSC areas, that is)? This requires a dB meter and the knowledge to use it correctly...
Regardless, it comes down to a discussion between Individuals at some point...and the Rangers and LEO's generally like to stay out of it if possible...
but, Noise can ruin People's Burn (especially if they did not bring earplugs)
so, bring Earplugs (extras too), and learn how to talk nicely with people who are driving you crazy.
or not....(this may all be Noise to some)
