How about having a sticky for the "Mods" have a eplayan's rating system.
The noob's click and see who's naughty and who's nice" or a clown face for those playing nice and a Paul Addis face for those not playing nice...

But really, call out the "problems" that are talked about behind the curtain in public and then if it escalates then the next step happen. We all have bad post from time to time, but some.....

but a rating system, not so good...

edit: I have had 3-4 PM's from the Mods in the past (nothing currently), all in a nice way for me to play nice...

As a relative newbie on here i think us noobs are stronger than you are giving us credit for. Right about the time I started posting I think antim must have been working her magic. I think the second page rule started (or was maybe "reminded") right about then. I do know that reading the preceding intros that brought snark made me think about what i asked and maybe be a bit more dedicated to figuring out the STUPID search function on here.

I fell in love with Isotopia, i was both relieved and sad to have escaped her wit. almost like i missed a rite of passage

edited for dyslexia and nerves

so after all that editing i left out a large chunk of stuff about newbies figuring things out pretty quick etc, it probably made the iso stuff make more sense, but was a bit sappy

oh, and for the record i hate ratings systems.
the mods on here do an amazing job of keeping us herding along, I love it that antim calls us fuckos from time to time. yes, dvd annoys me more than a little from time to time, but in all my reading in the history on here i've read some very warm touching things from him too. I pray for him and actually worry a bit too.
one other person remains plonked and i've found nothing redeeming to un-plonk it.

as i said, us newbies are smarter than we look

Socks are one of those things that bewilder me sometimes. The only time I have ever outed a sock was to one of our more prolific sock holders forgot which socks were his or hers.
