SEB the M&G is actually at 6 PM Thursday or as close thereto as playatime allows. Give us a hint as to where you think you'll be camping in BRC (ie what neighborhood or at least, left or right from the gate?) and Graidawg & I will do our best to hunt you down & remind you on the day. That is our mission. Are ferrets on crack actually capable of executing a plan???

c) If I'll even make it to Media Mecca. Did once last year...

ok ive been miserable the last few days - doubting my ability to get to bm and posting as such. mentioning my problems and questioning my life decisions. thinking whats the point in being nice it don't get me anywhere

well i just thought people i dont know are offering to provide me with all my camping needs, a camp to stay in, pming me to help with my issues basically doing stuff to help me and they dont know me making it possible for me to go. why? because they can

i guess i was looking at things the wrong way and i want to thank you all, you friendly playans. you have reminded me i have made the right life choices (well some) and that the karma i was doubting is real or that BM is what it seems to be.

a man is walking along a path when he sees an old man sat in his way and he asks "what are the people like in the town ahead?"
the old man answers " what where they like in the last town you where at"
"miserable and unhelpful"
"you will find them much the same"

some time later another traveller finds the same old man and asks the same question with the same response
"they where so friendly and helpful"
"you will find them much the same"

graidawg you have expressed yourself and presented us with a kindred spirit. This post you have just written literally brings tears to my eyes. True, we do not know you personally, but you have an endearing soul that most of us thoroughly enjoy. All of us experience doubts and are emotionally overwhelmed by the logistics of BM. But the community as you describe it is so very accurate. And this is just a small taste of what the REAL playa is like. Never have I met such a large group of loving, unpretentious and generous people in my entire life.
