2 First time burners coming from Chicago
2 First time burners coming from Chicago
My SO and I are coming from Chicago to enjoy our first Burning Man together. To escaping the hustle and bustle of the windy city and really take in all the that this experience has to offer. I'm ecstatic and the anticipation is growing every day..

There won't be 4 lanes of highway but chances are very good that you will get stuck in 3 hours of traffic at some point or another, whether that be on the way in or out.
God Please, don't make me make myself look like a moron...
That's true.
The nice thing about playa gridlock is that it seems to involve tired glee and dancing on the way in, and waving at people on the way out.
I also hear tell of the guy walking around with a branding iron during exodus gridlock, offering )'( brands . . . and saw another guy walking around last year with a toddler on his hip and a full pot of coffee in the other hand, walking around pouring for drivers . . .

Yeah the state of the english language in the description of sexual connection outside tradmar (traditional marriage, I'm having fun with bad portmanteaus) is enough to make strong women and men weep.Lowz wrote:thanksVeganChoirGirl wrote:SO= Significant Other

Thanks for all the warm welcomes everyone! I hope meet many new faces and new friends at Burning Man and by the looks of the eplaya boards this wont be troublesome at all. I'm going to try and attend the pre Burning Man gathering the they hold in Chicago (Resonate) and meet some Burners ahead of time as well.
